Her mother, Carmen Tozzo was born in Cuba and became an American citizen after marrying Teresa’s dad, a WWII Veteran. They lived inAlachua County, Gainesville, Florida. Teresa said, “She was drugged, isolated, lived in two lockdown facilities, where she eventually died after being forced into guardianship in May 2011-2015."
