Guardianship lawsuit against county rejected by Collier County, Fla court- A pair of Collier County women, Peggy Dupree and Betty Gosnell says they lost their sons in a bogus guardianship case, had another setback in court. Betty Gosnell had her son taken away from her almost 2 years ago. The judge ruled they were vexatious litigants meaning they sue too much even though this was their first case.
